Mighty Cares is a next generation training platform for the care workforce. It currently provides mandatory training to meet the Australian Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Strengthened Quality Standards (Nov. 2023) and covers all content from the existing Quality Standards (2019).
Mighty Cares training is provided via an app downloadable to your phone or device. Training units are around 4 minutes each on average and no more than 6 minutes in length. They are written in plain language specifically for people who work in the care sector, including people who speak English as a second language.
Mighty Cares and its associated assessments are provided in partnership with RMIT-Online.
Mighty Cares is designed for anyone working in the care sector, including those delivering at home and residential care services.
We currently provide Mighty Cares to companies working in care delivery to train their employees. We will soon provide training directly to carers, accessible via the Google play or Apple App store.

Mighty Cares currently offers a basic mandatory training package for AUD $69 per person per year. This includes 15 modules covering the Aged Care Quality Standards, manual handling, fire safety and the serious incident response scheme (SIRS).
Mighty Cares maintains your compliance certificate for 12 months from the time of training.
Training units in Mighty Cares are broken down by module and then by subject (called a unit). Each unit takes around 4 minutes on average and no more than 6 minutes. They are designed to fit learning in around your schedule – so you can learn anywhere, any time.
Completing all 15 modules of the Mighty Cares mandatory training takes a total of about 6.5 hours for someone with a medium to slow reading speed.
Mighty Cares training content is written with experts and reviewed in partnership with RMIT-Online and EasyRead®.
We use AI tools to ensure it is up to date with changes to legislation or requirements from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.
